DRIVER KILLED WHEN CAR GOES OVER BANK
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. Mr R. L. C. Phillips, aged 30, a Government valuer, was killed to-daj when the car ho was driving plunged over a bank alongside Soar Street, Kaiwarra, down to the railway track below. The car was found across the railway line, deceased being face downward alongside, dead.
