Palmerston North Theatregoers arc looking forward to tnc return of this br.liiant company that made “No, No, Nanette” and “Lady, Bo Good” famous hero last year, for the same company, headed by Elsie Prince, Jimmy Go’dden and Charlton Morton, will be seen in three of tlio latest' New York and London musical comedy successes during the coming season. “Archie” will be the opening production to bo followed by “Sunny” and “Mercenary Mary.” “Archie” reflects the mood of tho moment in its gay, catchy music, in its rich fascinating frocking that features fashion's latest whims, in its sparkling, witty comedy and' laughable situations, in its novel dancing of infinite variety. Its delightful song numbers arc those with a lilting charm, and its bright carnival spirit is expressed by the clever, talented musical comedy company now playing to packed houses throughout the Dominion. Already a large quantity of the “Archie” effects have arrived from Dunedin and big preparations are now in hand for 1 the staging oL this stupendous production. The policy of Sir Benjamin and John Fuller is absolutely eliminating preferential booking will no doubt meet the popular approval, as this will assure everyone an equal chance of getting the best scats at a reasonable price.
