Ho said that actually the United States has 99,924 more tons cruiser strength than Britain. ■ It is expected the majority report ■will be debated in the Houso Oil tho thirteenth or fifteenth of March. Representative McClintic alleged that tho larger programme hart been proposed to supply employment in idle shipbuilding yards.
