THE LYCEUM

“WORLD AT HER FEET.” Given two young married couples, one husband being too busy, being a successful doctor, to devote time to his wife, and one wife, too busy, being i successful lawyer, to devoto time to her husband. Then have the neglected pair meet as the principals in a thrilling traffic accident at a busy corner. There you have the ingredients of as delightful a screen comedy as has ever been shown at the Lyceum Theatre; the Florence Yidor starring vehicle' “The World it Her Feet,” which will be shown for the last time to-night. I “Slide, Kelly, Slide” will also bo shown at tho Balloon Matinee this afternoon and to-night. Thrills, laughs, excitement, drama, these arc the things that make “Slide, Kelly, Slide” one of tho outstanding pictures of the year. In this is woven an intimate story of baseball; tho story of a youngster who learns to play brilliantly ,becomes a star, gets “swelled head” thereby and then learns the greatest lesson in life. It is a thrilling and absorbing story told amid the surge and thunder of the great sporting game. William Haines who played the hero of “Brown of Harvard” was tho logica. man for Kelly. His whimsical humour and inimitable portrayal do much to make the picture what it is, and Sally O’Neil makes a very piquant heroine. j
