At tho Arbitration Court yesterday, Evan Robin, stationer and bookseller, of Rongotea, applied for exempt tlon under Section 69 of the “Shops and Offices Act, 1921,” contending that since he had been compelled to close his shop on four days a week at 6 p.m. his trade had seriously diminished. No other shopkeeper in Ron- i gotea would be adversely affected if his application was granted. Mr. W. L.
