KIWITEA RABBIT BOARD
ELECTION TO-DAI. Considerable interest is being manifested in the election of a trustee to fill a vacancy on the Kiwitea Rabbii Board caused by the death of Mr. A. P. Francis. The election is being hold to-day and the candidates are Messrs. J. W. Batchelar and W. J. Entwisle, both very well-known farmers who are out to put down the rabbit nuisance. The polling booths are: Council Chambers, Kimbolton; Mr. Shaw’s store RangiwaJiia; The Hall, Lower Kawhatau; Roadman’s Whare, Sandon Block; Mr. Watt's store, Rewa: The Plait Waituna; and The Hall, Kiwitea. Polling booths open at 9 o'clock this morning and close at 6 o'clock.
