Professor Low, interviewed, said: “We do not suggest the constitution of an Imperial Parliament with members for the Dominions participating In the debates by moans of loud speakers, though that may come, but we urge an immediate investigation as a means of enabling the Dominions’ Prime Ministers to speak direct to London, and generally linking-up overseas activties, so that crystal act users can hear the wheels of Empire revolving.
