FIND ON IRISH COAST
ANCIENT HUMAN REMAINS. Great interest has been excited in archaeological circles in Dublin by a reported find of human remains and ancient bronze instruments and ornaments on the island of I /unbay. This find was made some lime ago, but only now has the nows of it leaked out. Lambay Island, which lies a couple of miles off the County Dublin mainland, and is owned by the Hon. Cecil Baring, heir to the second Baron Revelstoke, is a jealously-guarded spot. No one is allowed to land without a permit, and workmen employed there rarely come to the mainland. It is understood that the archaeological find is being examined by competent authorities, and if discovered to be of importance wilt probably he later exhibited in the Dublin National Museum. The human remains are said to he those of persons of abnormal stature.
