When the Assembly met to-day, Mr. Bavin asked as a matter of urgency, if he would be allowed to move a motion of censure on the Government, regarding the latter’s action in withholding the result of the AttorneyGeneral’s recent visit to London, when he went to secure instruction for tho Governor, that the latter must accept the advice of his Ministers in all matters. The motion to treat the matter as one of urgency, was defeated by 42 to 38.
