VANCOUVER. Oct. 20. Ten members of the Australian cricket team who arrived at Vancouver to-day were the guests of the Canadian Club at luncheon. Later they were entertained at a, civic banquet. The manager of the team, Mr. Smith, said that cricket had done more -than anything else to cement the ties of Empire, and he hoped that in the near future Canada would be included in Tost match tours. The party sails for Australia by the Aorangi on Thursday. The remainder of the team, who are travelling across the United States, will sa.il from San Francisco.
