DUNEDIN, Last Night.

Joseph Harvey, a widower, aged 60, who was living at Owen street, Burnside, was killed on Saturday through the butt of a tree, which he was felling, rebounding when it foil and jamming him against the trunk. He was killed outright His son was with him at the time. , An inquest was held at Burnside on Saturday afternoon, and a verdict was returned that deceased met his death by being accidentally killed while felling a tree.
