The Rumanian Fascist leader Cuza has been arrested following the • discovery of a plot to establish a monarchy In Transylvania, with Prince Charles as the first King. Transylvania was a part of Hungary before the war, but was awarded to Rumania afterwards. It contains a large proportion of Rumanian inhabitants, Prince Charles is the Crown Prince of Rumania who has renounced his rights to ihe throne.
