GERMAN NATIONALISTS IN MOURNING

The Nationalists intend to fly flags half mast on Tuesday when the Locarno pact will be signed. The Nationalist press Is conducting a .great agitation against Hindenburg for signing the Locarno legislation. Fearing a Junker wild men's attempt to hold up the pact; the delegation (Luther and Stresomann) for London, stealthily departed by special train, joining the ordinary express at a secret rendezvous.
