ACTION AGAINST TRUSTEES,

An action involving a claim for over £II,OOO damages was commenced in the Supreme Court before Mr Justice Reed, the parties being Ethel May Liddel and William Tararu Brown, agent, Auckland, and Victor Percival, executors and trustees of Maurice Casey and Margaret Spiers (deceased). It was claimed by the plaintiff that an agreement of October sth., 1920, and a release of agreement of February 28, 1922, be declared void and bo rescinded. Mrs Riddel claimed that defendants be ordered to render full and true accounts of all properties and money forming her share of the estate and ordered to pay £BOOO damages, £ISOO on account of depreciation In the value of a farm, and £l7 50 refunded on certain shares to \’e purchaser and also to render an account in the estate of deceased, and that defendants be removed from the office of trustees.
The case was adjourned until tomorrow.
