LYONS LIABLE TO ARREST. [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Last Night On being questioned regarding the Lyons case, Sir Francis Bell said today:: “I have nothing to say except that If Lyons does not go. he will go to gaol.’’ The lime allowed for Lyons to leave the country has now expired, and he is liable to arrest. and is likely to appear in Court soon.
