The “Times” Frankfort correspondent says the Rhineland Commission la considering the possibility of partially rescinding the existing broadcasting prohibition imposed on the occupied area. It Is understood the use of wireless for business and educational puropses will shortly be permitted, but a final decision regarding permits rests on the responsible generals , commanding the respective districts.
