R.S.A.
Certain funds are held by the Patriotic Society on behalf of the R.S.A., and with a'view to having some of this capital expended, the latter body has decided to approach the Patriotic Society for consent for this action, lu our report of the R.S.A. meeting it might have been interpreted that extra financial assistance was required, but the assistance asked for is in connection with Lire R.S.A. funds.
