SALVATION ARMY FAIR.

The Britann'a Fair conducted by the Salvation Array will be open at the Drill Hall on Wednesday evening, ,vaen His Worship the Mayor (Mr J S. Tingey) will perform the opening ceremony. The Palmerston North Salvation Army Band, together with the Songster Brigade, will provide ft programme on Wednesday evening, and on Thursday evening, the Baptist Church choir will assist. Friday night’s programme will be provided by some of the prize winners at the recent competitions. A number of stalls have been arranged for and thero is every promise of a successful fair.
