LONDON, .July 2C. j The Ecclesiastical Commissioners made a belated discovery that the Income Tax Act authorises a rebate on all moneys received for charitable purposes and began an action in the High Court, claiming the refund of one million sterling on four years' income from the Inland Revenue Department.
