The Charlottenburg Sports Club has invited ■ the foremost Olympians to compete at its August meeting, paying all expenses. Porritt has accepted. The London “Evening Standard” says that E. H. Porritt’s (New Zealand) achievements stamp him as one of the world’s best three sprinters.
