The “ New York Times." editorially contrasting the Australian and Now Zealand selective Immigration policies with the present haphazard American restrictive measure and part un-re-strlcted immigration, says they hav e learned their lesson from the United States and they are determined to exclude all persons who an) unlikely to bo rapidly and thoroughly assimilated They are determined to make the growth of foreign colonies within their territories impossible.
