Following: a discussion the Official Assignee agreed to make* 1 enquiry as to the position of Mr who is .the present occupier of P property recently owned by bankrur and against whom bankrupt lias ‘ right of indemnity for the amount® judgment obtained by Mrs BarW against bankrupt.
