It is semi-offlcially stated that the Greek Note replying to the decision or the conference of Ambassadors, which was handed to the French Minister on Saturday, most strongly protests against the decision and disputes tha allegation that Greek officials failed in their duty. The reply asserts that there is a general conviction that the crime in Janina was committed by Albanian assassins, whom it is impossible to apprehend, in view of the proximity of Albanian territory. The reply complains that the penalty is excessive and urges that the conference should submit its decision to the International Court of Justice at the Hague. ONE DESTROYER REMAINS.
