MANAWATU METROPOLITAN SPRING SHOW.
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, October 30, 31, and November 1, arc the days and dates sot apart for this well-known fixture. The days should be -well noted by show patrons as hithertofore the days have been Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, The change lias been made with one main object in view, and that is to enable the exhibitors to get their exhibits home before the Sunday. It also gives time for any exhibitors wishing to get stock through to tho Canterbury Show to do so after showing at Palmerston North. The splendid grounds at Palmerston North are having more improvements done to them in view of the Royal Show to be held in 1924. The schedule of classes has been very carefully revised —many new classes having been added and considerable re-arranging has been done. Tho list of prizes is as attractive as heretofore containing many valuable trophies in addition to the very substantial amount voted for cash prizes. The book is in the printer’s hands and will be distributed during the next two or three weeks. Meantime any information may be obtained from the secretary, Box 85, Palmerston North.
