JAPAN’S 21 DEMANDS.
CHINA DEMANDS ABROGATION. [By Electric Cable —Copyright.] [Aust. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Monday, 2 a.ra.) PEKIN. March 10. China, to.day, requested Japan to fix a date i'or a discussion on the return of Port Arthur and the abrogation of tlio 21 demands of the Treaty of 1015. which is characterised as the greatest obstacle to cordial relations between the two countries. The Chinese Parliament, in January, pass, ed a resolution asking the Government to demand their abrogation.
