The “Daily Express’s’’ Monte Carty correspondent reports that Georgft Frederick Grimaldi, formerly a butcher at Smithfleld, created a sensation in official circles by claiming the sue* cession to the principality of Monaco. It is recalled that the Pope in 1886 annulled the marriage of the late Prince with the daughter of the eleventh Duke of Hamilton, but Louis, the son of that marriage, is likely tp succeed in view of his popularity In the State.
