The Communist Deputies in the Prussian Parliament asked the President to report on the hunger strike of political prisoners. One speaker, failing to secure a hearing, seized a jug of water, which he poured out over the opposing deputies. Pandemonium followed, the President ringing and flouirshing a bell, which another Communist seized and flung at the Conservative leader. The police finally cleared the Chamber.
