THE PALMERSTON SESSION. The list of cases to be dealt with at the Palmerston Supreme Court, which opens on May 10th, is a fairly lengthy one. Two charges of manslaughter are included in the criminal proceedings, besides the hearing of theft eases, to which much interest has attached of late. The list is as follows: CRIMINAL.
