Cabinet rant also had been offered to two other members of the party, but negotiations wero 1 not yet completed. Several changes' of portfolios will take place. Mr Herrics will hand over the Railways to Mi Massey, who 1 will give up Finance to Sir James Allen. Mr Herrics will remain Native Minister. The Premier states that he expects to be in a position to announce the remainder of the Cabinet appointments in a day or two.
