Military operations in Upper Silesia are progressing .systematically towards tho Polish, frontiers. BLOODSHED IN MANY PLACES. COPENHAGEN, August 21. The Poles in Upper Silesia are calling to the colours all men between 20 and 40, and have assumed power in several towns. Forty German soldiers were murdered in Oberdischow, and bloodshed continues in many places. Although tho Germans have been reinforced, they are unable to resist the Poles.
