TEST FLIGHT.
[Anst. and N.Z Cable Association.] (Received Monday., 8.35 p.m.) NEW YORK, April 27. “The New York Times’ ’’ Norfolk (Virginia) correspondent states that a naval seaplane, in a test flight, remained in the air 20 hours and covered 1250 miles at a speed of 60 miles pec hour. It was compelled to land because of a lack of petrol.
