SNOWSTORMS.
[Aus. and N.Z. Cable Association.] (Received Tuesday. 12.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 2S. A great snowstorm on Sunday endangered the crops, damaged orchards and dislocated telegraphs and telephones. Five thousand wires arc down. The British naval tug Hughli was lost in the storm on the Belgian coast; 29 of the crew were .drowned.
