ACCUSED MUST GO TO TRIAL. [Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, Last Night, The hearing of the charges against Fitzgerald and McWilliams for attempting to defraud Henry Martindale and others of £976, and conspiring to defraud, were continued this afternoon, and resulted in both the accused being committed for trial. Bail in the sum of £IOO and two sureties of £SO was allowed in each case.
