PROTEST AND SUGGESTION.
LONDON, Oct. 28.
Sir Thomas Mackenzie points out that private and semi-private efforts to send comforts to the sick and wounded have resulted in much overlapping and waste. Ho advises that everything should be sent to him or the New Zealand War Contingent Association through the New Zealand Government.
