Press Association —By Telegraph. WELLINGTON, Oct. 29. Following is Rev. D. C. Bates' weather forecast: —Present indications are for strong west to south-west winds, weather unsettled and squally especially in and southward of Cook Strait, with rain probable in those parts. Barometer still unsteady, rising for a short time in the North, but foiling everywhere after 24 to 36 hours.
