PRIVATE HOTEL BURNT

The Ravensbourne Private HoteL about three miles from Dunedin was gutted by fire to-night. It contained 2(5 rooms and until six yeais ago was licensed, when the reduction vote eaus ed the license to be removed. It was owned and occupied by .T. McCluskie. Practically nothing was saved. The building was insured in the South British for £SOO and the furniture in the New Zealand Company for £4OO.
