Props Association.—By Telegraph WELLINGTON, June 2.

At the Supreme Court to-day Wil--lin in Henry Trengrove, motor mechanic. proceeded against -F<>hn McGill for £577 as damages for seizure of a motor car. The claim was that McGill financed Trengrove in the purchase of the car which he later seized without adequate reason, thus depriving plaintiff of part of his livelihood. The jury by a three-fourths majority, found that plaintiff consented to defendant resuming possession of the (ar and judgment was entered for defendant with costs and witnesses' expenses.
