POLICE COURT.
At Palmerston Police Court yesterday before Mr Poynton, S.M., Henry McCusker, convicted on the previous day for drunkenness, was fined 10s, in default 4S hours' imprisonment. Judgment was entered for plaintiff in the following undefended cases:— J. J. Niven and Co. (Mr Innes) v. Gibbs and Spiers, £35 13s, costs £2 14s; J. S. Watchorn and Co. (Mr Innes) v. E. A. Coley, £5 12s 2d, costs £1 3s 6d; same v. W. Eecles, £3 19s Gd, costs 10s; same v. Don. Graham,-£1 10s 6d, costs ss; Hodder and Tollev (Mr Innes) v. H. A. "Wagstaff, £G 7s Bd, costs £1 3s 6d. v
