ANNUAL MEETING.
There was a larj?e attendance of meaibers at the annual meeting of the Railway Club, Mr T. Wilson (President) presided. TJie annual report anl balance sheet (s owing a credit balance of £3 7s 6d) were read and adopted Officers were elected &s follow?; Patron, Mr Louisa n; president, Mr T. Wilson; vice ptesluehte, Me-ers Atkinson, Green,'Marriott, Owen, McNab, Woon, Boick, Smith, Shaw, Peach; captain, Mr McVicar; vice captain, Mr Ailingham ; secretary an '■ treasurer, Mr W. Kellly, (who was also accorded a 1 earty vote ot thanks, for his past efforts); ■ elegate to Association, Mr H. Le Grange It was decide ! to enter for t: e Wednesday competition. Mr T Wilson (presi 'ent) again promised a trop y for the best batting average for the coming season. Mr J. Cornish aho promised a trophy for the most improved player. Both were acconie; hearty votee of thanks
The Railway Club this season will tave a strong team and will make a big bhi to win t e Wednesday compitition. Luxford, a good all round player, will considerably strengthen the team.
