FALLS FROM HIS OAR.

(Press Association.—By Tokgrapk. Wellington, Last Night. An accident resulting in the death of Francis Breedeu, a tram conductor occurred in Orienal Bay a few minutes before 10 o'clock last evening. The deceased, a single man 24 years of aqe was the conductor on a combination car whiol was pro ceeding at abont 14 miles an hour round Oriental Bay. The motor man heard the sound of money falling on We- road, and he pulled up the car immediately, anl saw the ceceasel lying on the roal some distance back. The deceased was removel to the hospital suffering from s fracture of the skull, and at 2 25 this morning diel from hemorrhage of the brain. The deceased was a native of New South Wales, and his parents reside in Sydney.
