A KEEN ELECTION. Press Assn—B.v Telegraph—Copyright Received 8.35 p.m. Sydney, April 22. The first election of Senators under the Amended University Act resulted in the re-election of nine of the retiring Senators and one Progressive. The Progressives made a determined effort to upset the old regime, and ran seven candidates.
