"TRIUMPH" SUPERIORITY AGAIN DEMONSTRATED.
Th e" Triumph " motor cycle has had such a remarkably successful career in | competitions of all descriptions in all parts of the world, aud its consistency in this respect has been so marked, that it is never necessary for us to delve very far back in the pages of history or to go very far afield in order to quote unimpeachable evidence of " Triumph" superiority. So, to stick close to home and to recent events, we may remind you that at the last two hill-climbing contests held in Canterbury the " Triumph" carried off the honors ; that at the last motor-cycling reliability trials held in Canterbury the " Triumph"' secured the highest awards in all classes ; that the ChristchurchKaikoura record, around which such wordy warfare has raged recently, was beaten by the " Triumph" a week ago by a good 2 hours and 21 minutes, and still stands to thd credit of the "Triumph." And to go no further back than last Saturday, and no further afield than New Brighton beach, the " Triumph," in a field of 2(5 entries, representing twelve different makes of motor cycle, came out as follows in a 100 miles speed test —Cr. B. Brown (Triumph) 1 and fastest time ; J. H. Michael (Triumph) 2; J. Braithwaite ! (Triumph) 4 : A. J. Fuehs (Triumph) j 5. That is a result which speaks volumes for " Triumph " reliability, !
