(Press Association. —By Telegraph. Receiv ed 12. 30 a. m. Loudon, Yesterday. In the Commons clause 33 and of the Home Rule Bill were guillotined. The Rt. Hou. A. Birrell announced that members of the Civil Service who objected to serve under an Irish Parliament would be at liberty to retire with compensation.
