Mr MeNab addressed a sparsely attended meeting of electors at Aokautere on Saturday night, the only question Bsked was ouebeatiug on compulsory training, whioh the candidate stated he supported. On the motion of Mr Shaw a vote of thanks was accorded to Mr McNab. A like compliment to the Chairman, Mr Durrant, terminated the meeting.
MR THOMSON'S PROGRAMME.
Mr Win. Thomson advises that he will speak at Seifert's mill to-day, Linton Tuesday, Asbhnist Wednesday, Municipal Hall, Pplmerston N., Thursday, and Stoney Oreek Friday. All meetings commence at 8 p.m.

Newmati, the Opposition candidate (or the Rangitikei eleotomta, will address the electors at the Rongofcea Oorouaticn Hall on Tiiursciay evening next at 8 p.m., and on Friday evening he will speak fit' Newbury. MS MELDRUM AT BULLS. Mr Meldrum addiPEsed the eleutors at Bnllo Saturday night, there being a good attendance, despite the fact that owing to Show week it was not a favourable time for a politioal meeting. Mr T, King presided. Mr Meldrum will address the electors as follows this week:—This evening in the Sandou Hall: Toesday, Rougotea Hall Wednesday, Glen Oroua schoolroom; Thursday, Newbury schoolroom: Friday, Lower Aoraupi m Dairy's Hall; Saturday, Bnunvthci'po; aild Makowhai schoolhouse, Monday next, 13th inst. All the meetinps will be held at 8 p.m., oxcept tho Mafeowlwi meeting, which will be held at G.BO p.m.
