Bates reports, thatthe win.ls have decreased backing towards the North,. with increased temperature, haze aud oloudiness generally. The barometer has fallen everywhere. Present indications are for warm and cloady weather aud misty rain in many parts. Fresheniug northerly winds are probable generally and a falling barometer everywhere.
