MARTON. t Four' rinks of Marton bowlers journeyed to Palmerslon yesterday to play the looal men, A most enjoyable afternoon's play resulted, Pal* merston eventually winning in the aggregate by 85 to 65. The following were the soores, Palmerston North being mentioned first in eaoh case Rink No. 1: J. A. Nash, skip, 84 v. Sharp, Bkip 12; Rink No 2: Young, skip, 16 v. Sutoliff, skip, 18; No, 8 : Drew, skip, 20 v. MoEldowney, skip, 18; No. 4: F, Mowlem, skip, 16 v, Hunt, skip, 17. Another rink from Feilding will journey to Palmerston on Saturday to play the holders of the Yates Feathers.
