GORE DECLINES.

Gore, Last Night. A vote was taken to-day by the Gore Borough Council on a propsoal to raise a loan of £5,500, £3000 for water supply extension, and £2,500 for extension and repairs to the electric light service. Both proposals were lost, the water loan by 199 to 128, and the light by 183 to 149. The proposals were submitted a couple of months ago, and were defeated then by practically the same majorities.
