There was a large attendance at a special sitting of the full Court convened to afford the legal profession and. prominent citizens an opportuni.y of farewelling Sir Samuel Griffiths, who in replying to congratulations said he was going to fill the greatest office in the British dominion outside Great Britain, anhonor any man might well be proud of.
