(Own Correspondent.) Feilding, Yesterday. The Apiti section of the Feilding Mounted Rifles have had a most successful camp, with an average of twenty men, under the supervision of staff Sergt.-Major Dodd. The corps went through their class-firing to-day, and will strike camp to-morrow. The j deviation lately made at Haythorne's cutting on Kimbolton road is now open for horses and cattle, Metalling operations will be completed shortly and the road will then bo open for wheel traffic, and will afford great facility to the public, as two steep grades will be done away with.
