Sam Parks' Revenge"
Received September 28, 12.20 a.m. London, Yesterday. The New York correspondent of the Times says Sam Parks, recently charged with blackmailing employers, secured the control of the Convention of the bridge and structural iron workers of Kansas, giving him the New York building trade by the throat. The employers expect a year's practical suspension of the building enterprises. Parkß threatens to tic up the Great East River bridge works.
